How to complain

When you shop with Annette Dickow Jewellery you have 2 years of warranty, if you have a valid proof of purchase.

If the product defects you have the opportunity to complain in accordance with the Danish law.

If you upon receipt discovers defects please contact us within 7 days to claim your right.

Your warranty is voided if the defects on your item is assessed to be due to misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance, normal wear or otherwise is self-inflicted.

In any case we are pleased to offer to help with repairs.

Surface Coating plating, oxidation and matting will slowly wear off and slowly disappear and is therefore not justified as a complaint.

If you want your jewelry plated, oxidized or frosted, we provide this service for a fee.

In case of a complaint, please do the following:

- Contact us at info@annettedickow.dk and await our answer

- Send the product back. Attach proof of purchase. You will be refunded the price of the goods + delivery costs if they are reasonable.

 In case of incorrect use of the jewellery the buyer will bear the shipping costs.

 

Returning items

When returning, you as the buyer is responsible for the package until it reaches us.

We do not accept packages sent as COD and the item will not be considered returned.

You are also welcome to drop off the jewellery in our shop during opening hours. Please e-mail before you come.
